What does it mean to be human? Who or what determines our human experience and our identity? Do we simply accept the cards we are dealt in life, or perhaps stop to wonder why we are playing cards in the first place? If you didn’t have to be who you are today, who would you want to be?

As a first-generation immigrant from Nigeria living in the USA, exploring my identity in the world continues to be a unique and often ambivalent journey. Amidst the weight of history, culture, tradition, expectation, and personal experiences, the forces that seek to shape and mold me from all directions persist to be heavy and persuading. Interestingly, through my bewildering pursuit of finding the answers to who I am, the nature of time and my boundless curiosity have since led me on a path in search of all I can be. Quite simply, I am one person in a world of about 8 billion, fascinated by the wonders of our planet and the incredible achievements of its people. I believe each individual is capable of being the best at anything they choose to do and should be permitted to reinvent themselves as much as they need to in order to actualize their ideal human experience. I must say that I am lucky to have found my root purpose in this world, which is to help others become the best version of themselves, manifested through my fondness, knowledge, expertise, and aptitude for sports and fitness. However, if I were more of an expert at singing and dancing, this website would easily be called “The Titans Singing.”.

As a top-level soccer athlete, I aim to use my experience and knowledge to equip the next generation of youth athletes to be dynamic and unstoppable in their respective sports. With a Masters Degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management, along with being a NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I will utilize all my resources, knowledge, and a decade of experience as a coach to take you to the next level as an athlete, as well as utilizing similar principles to help you achieve your fitness goals.
